WaterGuard®

A Water Guard drainage system will eliminate any water on the floor even if the walls leak and the exterior drains plug. It's mainly used to solve water problems in leaky basements, however it can easily be installed at the time of construction as insurance against future problems. The photos below show a new construction application.

Waterguard® is a specially designed piping system for installation on top of the footing, under the floor. It has holes in the back to accept water, and spacers along a wall flange. It is engineered to keep a basement floor dry no matter what.
