How do I get a reasonable rate for
waterproofing my basement?
A: Know what your situation
is. Do you know how water is getting
into your basement? How is the ground
graded around your foundation? Do
you have any waterproofing methods
currently in use but they just aren’t
doing the job?
Next,
check out your local yellow pages,
do an online search and ask co-workers
for recommendations. Ask for references
from any contractors that come out
to do an inspection. Get quotes from
more than one contractor. If you don’t
understand something the inspector
tells you needs to be done, ask them
to explain.
Take

more online research before picking
