JES
Helix Pier System helps you avoid further
serious, costly damage to your home!
Homes
and commercial structures settle when
they are situated on unstable soil or
their foundations are exposed to continuous
moisture or lack of moisture. All this
can result in a shifting foundation
that can cause structural damage which
greatly reduces the value of your investment.
How
The JES Helix Pier SystemŽ Works!
The
Helix Pier System is based on the principal
of turning a screw anchor into stable
subsoil until the necessary load capacity
has been achieved, spacing them at proper
intervals to support the weight loads
specific to the structure. The bearing
capacity is verified as the system is
installed. Brackets are then attached
to the base of your foundation walls.
The weight of your structure is then
transferred to the helical piers. With
this process, foundations, walls and
floors are supported and further movement
is restricted.
This
system contrasts with costly excavation
and time consuming construction methods
leaving landscaping and walkways intact.
